What Do You Do in the Property Management?

In the property management industry, my work is diverse and full of challenges.

First of all, I am responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of the community facilities. This includes checking the elevators regularly to ensure their safety and smooth operation. If there is any malfunction, I will quickly contact the professional maintenance team to solve the problem.
